Anton’s father founded VIP Payroll in 1985. He was a shareholder from the outset and joined VIP in 1995 after completing his articles at Deloitte.
He was appointed MD of VIP in 1998 and managed the business for 17 years. In 2015, he was appointed as the MD of Sage South Africa (which included the VIP Payroll and Pastel businesses).
In July 2017, Anton resigned from Sage. Early in 2018 he agreed to start DNA Outsourcing with his long-time colleagues, Marina Nolte, Annelie Visser and his wife Wilna.
Marina studied marketing and completed an MBA. She joined VIP Payroll in 1998 as a payroll consultant and was appointed as branch manager of VIP’s Johannesburg branch in 1999.
She left VIP in 2001 to join the Payroll Outsourcing Division for Ernst & Young. One year later, she re-joined VIP to start up its payroll outsourcing business unit.
Marina spent the next 15 years building one of the most highly regarded and successful Payroll Outsourcing businesses for Sage, with an enviable list of blue chip customers.
Wilna completed her B Prim Ed degree and then started her career of 24 years at VIP Payroll. She was one of the first Consulting Managers at VIP.
In 2002 she started the Recruitment Division at VIP, which she ran successfully for 6 years.
From 2008 until 2016, Wilna was a project manager at VIP, taking charge of a variety of projects – the most important one being the erection of Sage VIP’s landmark head office in Menlyn Maine. Wilna left Sage early in 2017.
Annelie is a highly experienced sales professional with a successful track record in Human Resources and Payroll.
She obtained her B. Com Honours degree in Marketing from the University of Pretoria and joined VIP in 1997.
She was promoted to National Sales Manager in 2003 and to Enterprise Sales Director in 2016 and was instrumental in the successful go-to-market strategy and market share growth of various Sage Human Resources and Payroll products.
