We firstly assess the needs of our EOR or PEO customer. Employer of Record services normally cover legal compliance for payroll and HR matters. However, sometimes our EOR customers require us to be more actively involved (day-to-day) in HR and Performance management. The time required to perform these duties are considered to arrive at a quoted price.

How we charge
Fixed Fee Per Employee
We agree on a fixed fee per employee. This will once again be based on the number of employees, the industry as well as the expectations of our customer. A sliding scale can be applied to compensate for future growth in expected employee numbers. Our fixed fees range from $175 to $275 per employee.
Exchange Rates And Value Added Tax
EOR and PEO fees are quoted in British Pounds (GBP), US Dollar (USD), Euro or South African Rands (ZAR). Quotes in other currencies can be prepared upon request. Services provided by EOR employees often qualify as “Exported Services” which makes the EOR exempt of Value Added Tax (VAT) in South Africa. The VAT rate in South Africa is currently at 15%.
